Le Stringaie is a family-run farmhouse in Tuscany, in Montepulciano, where you can spend a relaxing holiday, in the heart of Tuscany, a few km from Siena, Cortona, Pienza and Monticchiello. The environment, simple but with attention to detail, offers guests the opportunity to spend a holiday among culture, landscapes, art, but also to spend pleasant days by the pool, rediscovering the ancient taste of genuine foods, produced and cooked for you by our family.

The Le Stringaie farmhouse is an oasis of peace and serenity in the green heart of Tuscany.
We are in Val di Chiana, in the open countryside, a few kilometers from Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno and Monticchiello.
The farmhouse is located in an old farmhouse from the 1700s finely renovated by our family.
It has 6 spacious, welcoming and comfortable rooms, each with a private bathroom, some with air conditioning.
For those traveling in groups we can make two large apartments available.
You will have the opportunity to relax reading a book in the garden, cool off in the pool, have fun with your children in the play area.
Le Stringaie offers free wifi throughout the property, a large outdoor play area, swimming pool, car parking.
Restaurant
You can have lunch or dinner at the farmhouse, request cooking classes, fresh pasta classes, pizza classes.
You can spend your time either taking part in our cooking classes or visiting the Tuscan hills with Vespas and vintage cars.
We can offer you excellent dinners of typical Tuscan cuisine and delicious tastings of saffron produced by our farm.

Charging station
To better meet the needs of our guests and support environmental sustainability, our facility offers a convenient electric vehicle charging station. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, you can safely recharge your car right here on-site. It’s our way of supporting greener mobility—without compromising on comfort.
PRICES
Prices include breakfast, bed linen and towels, utilities, cleaning on Monday / Wednesday / Friday and final cleaning, free wifi in the room and throughout the property, umbrellas and deckchairs reserved for you at the pool (opening June / September included), parking.
The garden, the swimming pool, the outdoor play area are available to all our guests.
All meals are served outdoors, in a large porch.
In the pool it is mandatory to use a swimming cap and beach towels on the deckchairs and sun loungers (you can rent them here for 4.00 euros each)
They do not include the tourist tax (€2.5 per day).

- request cooking classes, fresh pasta, pizza, pastry. The classes are held in the farmhouse, in the morning or afternoon and end with a meal. We will show you the vegetable garden and chicken coop to collect the raw materials and then everyone in the kitchen!!!
- Have free petrol on the rental, at Vintagetours, of Vespas, Lambrettas or vintage cars to be able to visit Tuscany in a truly unique way, with the charm of two wheels and the relaxed times that only the Vespa allows
- We offer you a 20% discount on entry to the Tehia thermal pools, with a plan dedicated to the well-being of the little ones, they can in fact host children from 6 months
- Couple well-being… with a 20% discount! Try the Chianciano Sensory Spa for a relaxing afternoon!
- All in the saddle!! You can have a 10% discount on horseback riding lessons or horseback rides at the Bellavista Equestrian Center a few km from the farmhouse. For experienced riders there is the possibility of taking beautiful walks among vineyards and olive groves … in the silence of Tuscan nature
- You can book bike rides (even e-bikes) for all ages
- You can rent e-bikes that will be delivered directly to the farmhouse so you don’t have to worry about where to leave the car! A nice breakfast and off you go by bike J
- If you want to have a romantic dinner in some little restaurant in Montepulciano, or spend a day relaxing at the Spa, don’t worry about the children … we’ll take care of it! We work with an agency in Pienza that sends us highly qualified staff who will take care of and let your children play in complete safety
- You can visit wine cellars that will let you taste delicious wines from the area with platters at exceptional prices!

I loro gnocchetti allo zafferano li sogno tutte le notti. Si mangia benissimo e si spende troppo poco per la buona qualità e quantità offerta. La location è carina, la villa in ristrutturazione del 1800 è molto bella. Tornerò sicuramente.
